Overt Industries will professionally dissassemble and/or assemble your upper receiver components using the proper tools and gauges to ensure that your Upper Assembly is within proper tolerance and built to proper specification.

Upper dissassembly & assembly includes:
- Inspection of all components
- Headspacing of barrel & feed ramp alignment inspection
- Gauging of gas port
- All hardware torqued to mil-spec with appropriate Aeroshell 33ms/Permatex 243 on all critical components
- Roll pins seated to appropriate depth
- Barrel nut timed/torqued to manufacturer’s specification
- Dimpling of barrel for maximum set screw depth (centered over gas port)
This service also includes Muzzle Device installation with Rocksett and timed with appropriate shims, you do not need to add that seperate service to your order.
- Overt Industries can also source additional components that may not be listed on our website. Customer is also able to provide components if needed.
- All custom builds must be paid in full prior to beginning the project & ordering the specified components.
- Most builds are completed and shipped within 5-10 business days.
