By accepting the free shipping, you agree to allow Overt Industries LLC to choose best way (UPS or USPS).
Individual items that weigh over 150 lbs. must ship LTL freight - rates provided after order is received.
Does not apply to LTL (less than truckload - 150 lbs. or more), Next Day Air or premium upgrades, expedited or COD deliveries.

Overt Industries LLC is not responsible for any shipping delays created by the carrier due to weather.
Please note that paying for expedited shipping does not speed up delivery on out of stock items.

UPS Remote Area Surcharges
UPS assesses a $30 surcharge for each box to areas in the US considered "Remote Areas". Below is the updated and current tables of zip codes which UPS considers remote areas. If you can ship to a hub not on the list - these charges will not apply.
Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional charge and do not qualify for free shipping.

US Orders Under $250.00
A $7.49 shipping fee is charged on orders totaling less than $250.00 before tax and shipped to one address within the continental United States..
No shipping is charged to customers for standard ground delivery on orders of $250.00 or more before tax which meets the criteria above. USPS and UPS are primary parcel carriers. During the holidays we heavily utilize UPS.
Delivery Addresses
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly on orders and at checkout. Our contract with our customer is to ship to the address provided on the order. Overt Industries LLC is not responsible for any delivery address errors that result in lost or missing packages and will not refund any orders that were shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
International Shipping
Overt Industries LLC does not sell to any customers outside of the United States of America.
Shipping Policy Exceptions
Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Fuel surcharges may be applied. Overt Industries LLC does not ship to PO Box addresses.
Expedited Shipping Rules
To expedite shipping, Overt Industries LLC must receive your order before 2pm (EST) Monday–Friday. Customer is responsible for additional fees to expedite orders when shipping. All expedited orders must weigh less than 125 lbs, and not contain any hazardous materials. Expedited orders only ship on business days; any orders placed on Saturdays/Sundays/Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Shipment Lead Times
Our team works hard to ensure that your packages leave our facility in a timely manner. However, once the package(s) is/are picked up and accepted by carrier - Overt Industries LLC is no longer responsible for shipment delivery times. If you require items by a specific date - we do offer expedited shipping options at checkout with rates reflected. During COVID-19 - UPS has waived all shipment guarantees and will not reimburse customers for package delivery delays. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays). Cut off time for expedited orders is 2PM EST.
Delivery Issues & Claims
Claims for discrepancies in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt/delivery of merchandise to the original shipment address or they will not be accepted.
C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
Billing Address and Shipping Address Policy
To combat fraudulent purchases, any order that do not have a matching billing address and shipping address are subject to further verification. Our customer service team will contact you and request that the customer submit a copy of a valid state issued identification card with matching legal name and shipping address listed on the state issued identification card. If they do not match or if the customer doest not provide the requested documentation, the order will be cancelled accordingly.
Shipping & Sale Restrictions
All firearms will be shipped to the premise address on the FFL license unless you call and request it to ship to the mailing address. All licenses will be validated and must match exactly to avoid delays and cancellation. It is the responsibility of the FLL to provide Overt Industries an updated copy of the FFL license.
No ammunition, third-party items (Drop Ship) or ANY firearms will be shipped to a Post Office Box.
Freight Forwarding is required for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
