This Builders Set Includes the Following:
- SOFR-15 Alpha V2 Lower Receiver
- SOFR-15 Alpha Upper Receiver
- Hard-Line MLOK Rail System
All Components will come in our Titan Tungsten Finish. This Builders Set does include an ejection port cover and forward assist kit for the Upper Receiver. This is an FFL item and customer must follow the FFL transfer policy listed at the bottom of this page.

Our New Updated V2 Lower features the Overt Logo on both sides of the Magwell and also features a Threaded Bolt Catch Pin
The SOFR-15 Alpha Forged Lower Receiver is crafted From Rugged 7075-T6 Forged Aircraft-Grade Aluminum. Manufactured To Milspec Using State-Of-The-Art CNC Equipment, This Lower Receiver Guarantees Consistent Quality and Exact Tolerances, Meeting Our Demands For A Fighting Rifle Lower Receiver.

SOFR-15 Stripped Upper Receiver
Forged from 7075-T6 aluminum, this stripped upper is precision machined to mil-spec M16/M4 specifications and features M4 feedramps.
The upper comes unassembled, but complete with forward assist a& ejection port cover door assembly (Assembly required).

Overt Industries AR-15 Hard-Line MLOK® Rail System
The Hard-Line MLOK® Rail System was designed with an emphasis on Rigidity, Ruggedness, and Simplicity. 100% Made in the USA, the Hard-Line MLOK® Rail System utilizes a Three Point Mounting System to ensure that the handguard clamps securely to the barrel nut without the possibility of unwanted rotation.
Machined from American sourced 7075 T-6 extruded aluminum, the Hard-Line MLOK® Rail System offers increased strength, rigidity and reduces overall handguard flex by removing often unused MLOK® sections in order to enhance the structure of the rail system. The increase in handguard rigidity reduces handguard flex resulting in a stronger mounting structure for Laser Aiming Devices. We also integrated chamfered serrations to the exterior of the rail system in order to provide maximum grip friction to the end user.

This is a serialized item considered to be a firearm by BATFE. This item must be shipped to a Federal Firearm License (FFL) holder. All BATFE, GCA & NFA rules apply.
The customer is responsible for instructing their FFL to send us a copy of their FFL and reference your order number to Sales@OvertIndustries.com
FFL orders Typically take 3-5 Business Days to process depending on how quickly your FFL provides all necessary license information to process the transfer.
The customer is also responsible for checking with their local FFL to ensure this weapon is legal in the state they reside in and that they will accept this weapon on their behalf and transfer it.
Overt Industries LLC will NOT be responsible for any shipping or admin charges incurred by packages not being accepted by the FFL you choose during checkout.
