Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy
ALL AMMUNITION, FFL & Firearm Sales are Final.
Our policy lasts 15 calendar days from the date the order was delivered. If more than 15 calendar days have passed from the date your order was delivered, unfortunately the order is not eligable for a return, refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, refund or exchange; your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original unopened or sealed packaging.
All qualified returns & refunds will be issued in the form of a store credit equal to the original purchase amount minus any applicable shipping fees. Customers are responsible for the return shipping back to Overt Industries to the address provided below. All shipments must be packaged to prevent any damage to the items being returned while in transit. If damaged while in transit, the return will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Once a returned item is received, it will be reviewed by our staff to ensure it meets all conditions for an eligible return. If the item is determined not to meet the eligible conditions, it will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Once a firearm, upper, or individual component has been fired or installed, it is no longer eligible for a return or refund. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, even when still in new, unopened condition. This includes any federally regulated item and Gift cards
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Simply email us with your order number.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition (sealed & Unopened), is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Cancellation Refunds (if applicable)
All order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee due to payment processor fees associated with the transaction. All cancellations must be requested prior to the order shipping. If the order has already been placed in a shipped status, the order must be returned following our return process & terms and conditions.
If you cancelled your order prior to the order shipping and haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Billing Address and Shipping Address Policy
To combat fraudulent purchases, any order that do not have a matching billing address and shipping address are subject to further verification. Our customer service team will contact you and request that the customer submit a copy of a valid state issued identification card with matching legal name and shipping address listed on the state issued identification card. If they do not match or if the customer does not not provide the requested documentation, the order will be cancelled accordingly.
