We do not accept FFL transfers unless the transfer is associated with a pre-agreed upon project that we are building for you. Email Sales@OvertIndustries.com to discuss your project first.
We are a Manufacturer, not a Gun Shop. We do not have a public storefront and this fee will be applied if you select our FFL from any Vendor and have the FFL item shipped to us without discussing it with us in advance. We will contact you once the item arrives, do not show up at our address for the transfer, we will schedule an appointment for the transfer.
Because YOU purchased the firearm, it is YOUR responsibility to make any needed arrangements with the seller and/or shipping entity to contact us. We DO NOT contact sellers or shipping entities to make arrangements for the transfer of YOUR item. Please do not contact us to demand that we send our FFL information to a seller, instead contact the entity that took your money and charged you for shipping and “handling”, and demand that THEY send their FFL to Sales@OvertIndustries.com - Then, and only then, will we respond with a copy of our information.
If you did not research our FFL Transfer policy in advance, you will be charged this fee for the transfer (NO EXCEPTIONS). If you decide not to pay this fee, a return shipping label for the item must be provided by the Vendor to have the item returned.
ANY ITEMS THAT ARE NOT CLAIMED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WILL BECOME OVERT INDUSTRIES LLC PROPERTY. We will send at least one notification to the contact information listed on the shipment invoice to inform you that you need to pay the transfer fee in advance and schedule an appointment to pickup the item, or arrange the return shipment with the original vendor. After 60 days we will assume that this item and transaction have been abandoned.
