Close Contact Series: EDC Combatives 1 is designed to provide shooters with the foundational fundamentals and tactics for close contact defensive hand to hand & handgun engagements. This course is designed for all skill sets and will be a prerequisite for future Close Contact Series: EDC Combatives 2 & 3 Courses.

This course is designed to meet the threats of day-to-day civilian life. Topics covered will include basic self-defense hand to hand combat techniques, concealed handgun manipulation & retention, situational awareness and introduction. These skills and techniques are life-or-death practices that are integral to self-defense for any civilian or armed professional.

Conventional handgun and self-defense training often fails to address the unique dynamics and complexities of close contact combatives while concealing a handgun or engaging a threat with a handgun.

We will then apply each of these Training Topics and Fundamentals through progressively challenging drills that will allow students to challenge their skill sets and most importantly, have fun.

After finishing this course, students will have a deeper understanding of how technical application of proper fundamentals and techniques can maximize their effectiveness and confidence in defending themselves.

Each series of courses train specific Defensive & marksmanship fundamentals and firearm handling and further integrate those fundamentals into mission driven training concepts that all produce a more capable and confident firearm owner.

Whether you're a new gun owner looking for the ability to effectively and confidently operate and employ your firearm or a seasoned professional looking to enhance your skillset in new challenging environments, one on one or team based private training for every individual and team are available.
